Anderson Real Estate sales associates are happy to meet with you in a counseling session to discuss what you want and need in your next home and to view properties that fit your needs and price range. Once you decide what properties you would like to see, the appointments are arranged, the keys are picked up and that is when your agent “gets to work!”
Once you have found the home, your agent will assist you with the paperwork, present your offer and conduct any negotiations. Upon acceptance of you and the sellers, you will have a purchase agreement. It is at this time, any inspections take place and an appraisal is done. Your agent will assist you in reviewing these reports and any other negotiations that you may desire.
With the appraisal complete, title work may begin with a title company who updates the abstract, which would then go to an attorney for a title opinion. The closing company, lender or attorney will assemble the paperwork and move toward appointed closing day. Once the closing is complete you will be handed the keys to your new home!
