| Being a child in a military family, Barb knows about moving. A welcoming spirit, enthusiasm and work ethic are all evident after knowing her for just a few minutes. Barb believes each person is important and will make every attempt to let them know. Traveling around the world has helped form her values of service to others, trustworthiness and compassion for people, especially those new to the area. With real estate and auction business' in her family background also, she was drawn to the real estate business.
Barb's faith, family and friends are the main motivators in her personal life and professional goals. She is the married, mother of four children and the grandmother of four grandchildren. Barb's enjoys interior painting and decorating, dancing and anything creative and especially the simple things in life.
With a love for learning discovered later in life, Barb went back to college to earn a Bachelors Degree in Human Services followed by earning her real estate license in ND and SD. She continued her education to become Broker/Owner of Anderson Real Estate Agency and in the following years, she was awarded her G.R.I. (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), Accredition as a Home Staging Professional (ASP) and most recently, her(CSP)Certified New Home Sales Professional.

| Tasheena LaCounte is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Williston Board of Realtors as well as a notary public.
Being happily married to her husband, Cody, and mother to her little boy, Kain, she stays very active and enjoys spending time with them. Also included in her family circle are two dogs, a Pomeranian named Fred, and a Shi-poo named Foxy. Tasheena’s hobbies include playing cards, boating and, of course, she enjoys spending time with her family on vacation.
Being a hardworker, Tasheena takes pleasure in the real estate profession because it allows her to assist people with purchasing and selling of single-family residences, new construction, income property and other real estate in Williston and the surrounding area. Tasheena also prepares competitive market analysis' for clients and customers and holds a strong rapport resulting in numerous referrals.
Having lived in Williston for all of her life, Tasheena understands the importance of being knowledgeable and believes in providing outstanding customer service.

| Williston native Linda Novak brings a variety of experience to Anderson Real Estate Agency. She has earned her Master's degree from NDSU, and has recently received a ND real estate license. Linda's experiences include being a children's librarian, retail sales manager, accessories buyer and clothing designer, as well as teaching at the junior high through the college level. Having lived in Rugby and Fargo, North Dakota, as well as New York City, she returned to Williston to be near her family.
Linda enjoys spending time reading, sewing and gardening while living in her dream home with her Lhasa-poo, Ebenezer. Restoring homes and furniture are other activities she enjoys when she is not visiting family and friends. Linda values new challenges and variety in life and has enjoyed all the people she has met along the way.
